The fundamental concepts of Ayurveda for children including the newborn rituals (Samskaras), Swarnaprashana, Ayurveda guidelines for supporting physical and mental development in childhood period, baby massages, age-specific diet guidelines and recipes for children and common paediatric problems such as digestive issues, respiratory problems and skin disorders will be dealt with.
